The premises in via Piccolpasso were opened in 2016 and have the only open-view atelier in central Italy. Here the creations Augusta Perusia Chocolate have no secrets and every day you can watch the flavour craftsmen at work.
These spacious premises, of close to 600 sq.m., on the southern side of Perugia, were created by restoring an industrial structure from the 1950s and arose because of the need for a bigger space in which our customers could enjoy the Augusta Perusia chocolate creations in comfort at any time of day: breakfast, lunch break or aperitif.
In fact, for breakfast there are fresh pastries, for lunch fresh and nourishing meals such as salads, fruit salads, yoghurts and artisan gelato made fresh every day from choice, high quality ingredients. In addition, you can treat yourself to a break and try any of 10 different coffees or one of our choice teas and infusions.
